Had a nice experience dining at Barik. It's located in an area full of local restaurants and bars. It can get very busy during dinner service so be sure to make a reservation if you're coming in groups. The waiters are friendly and spoke perfect English, service can be a bit slow during peak hours but that was to be expected.I got their sharska pljeskavica which I enjoyed. I like how the taste of the cheese is almost fused with the meat patty, giving it a very unique taste. The potato wedges are also fried to perfection, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. I also tried the local rakia and it's pretty good too.

Nice restaurand and the food was amazing.The waiter was speaking english and taking under consideration that we have allergies, he knew what to recommend us in order to be gluten free and lactose free.The atmosphere inside was good even outside was very hot.

Very good Tavern in Debar Maalo , the coolest neighborhood of Skopje. Authentic Balkan food , simple but tasteful. I fell in love with their version of Macalo ( the red preparation in a bowl on my picture ), it’s a mix of garlic, potatoes and pepper or tomato that you can eat as a stater on their homemade bread. The grilled meat is excellent. I highly recommend this place. And no loud orchestra for those who want to hear themselves speaking during dinner .

Cosy located in midst of many local restaurants. You are welcomed by super friendly and polite staff. Decorated in typical ambience which gives you a feeling of belonging. The food is freshly prepared and everything we tried was tasty. My star of the evening was the grill. The meat was tender and not overcooked. The prices are still normal compared to other restaurants. I will for sure visit again.

Love coming here. It’s a place where me and my friends go. Usually you should call and make a reservation cause it’s always full, but sometimes you might get lucky and get a table just by coming in.It’s an old interior. But it has such a nice vibe.Food is always amazing! Everything is freshly prepared. Waiters are cool and polite.

We really enjoyed our meal here - the servers were very helpful, speaking to us in English and providing advice, despite it being a very busy night and all tables were full. The food was very local and to a high standard.

A small tavern full of soul. The place is fantastic, the food is wonderful and the staff is top notch.What I tried is: prime rib, homemade sausage, baked beans, seasonal winter salad. They only have a few desserts, but everything is perfectly delicious and enough to awaken all your senses.
